I am Swati (Bhatti) Maheshwary, mom of twins and a food lover…Born in India, to an Army Officer and a home maker,

I have travelled across India with my parents and sister.

Food…for some its a means of sustenance, but for me, its a comfort factor. I do find solace and peace in cooking, baking, eating and feeding others…I did have some interest in cooking specially in baking when I was in college (and always in eating 🙂 ), but its only recently that I have really felt the passion for it. No doubt my many friends and lovely family have been my teachers and inspiration. Love you all!

Having said that, I have been writing recipes and tips on bits n pieces of paper, and thought that now finally its time to diarise it. So here we go…

  1. Hello Swati your recepies very nice wanted to ask you do have the recepie of the cassata cake that was shown in Masterchef India season 4 I know there was. Sweet boondi, Agar Agar , Chikki Nd Pista but can’t remember what the other layer was. I couldn’t record that episode so if you do have the recepie please send to me thanks
